This project marked my first venture into collaborating with a development team. It was an invaluable learning experience, requiring me to translate design concepts into functionalities that were technically feasible. This resulted in a well-defined Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with a core set of features that were both practical and effective.
What I'd do differently:
Looking back, I recognize the opportunity to delve deeper into user research at the outset. By prioritizing user needs and pain points through comprehensive research, I could have further refined the initial design for even greater user-centricity. This insight continues to influence my approach to my later projects.
