Style on Stiles is a plan to restore an abandoned public school in West Haven, CT into a residential building. I was hired to create brochures and presentations to secure city approval and attract investors.
Style on Stiles turned an old public school into a vision for modern living—and the right brand made all the difference. The project needed city approval and investor support, but without a strong identity, it risked getting lost in the process.
I helped develop the brand based on the Bauhausesque architectural style of the renovation, focusing on bold colors, simple shapes, and clean layouts.
By creating a bold, Bauhaus-inspired brand, county officials saw a clear, compelling vision and gave full approval and investors saw the potential and committed millions to the project
A strong design didn’t just make the project look good—it turned the proposal into a reality.
